Shawn Betchley has been combining a love of music ministry and teaching since her early teens when she served as both a church pianist and Kindergarten Sabbath School teacher. Since that time, she has taught in various elementary and early childhood settings, beginning piano, handbells and handchimes, and is currently the handbell director for the Arden Seventh-day Adventist Church. From 2013 - 2019, she directed the Fletcher Academy Handbell Choirs, Exaltation and Redemption, and in 2018 served as
the handbell clinician for the Georgia-Cumberland Conference Middle School Music Festival. Mrs. Betchley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern College of Seventh-day Adventists and an MAEd from the University of Phoenix.

Tim Browning is the director of strings at Fletcher Academy and Captain Gilmer Christian School. He came up through the prestigious programs of the Houston Boychoir and the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston. His college-level training includes both instrumental and choral ensemble directing as well as private instruction in violin, viola, piano, and voice, all in a wide rage of styles and genres. His performing experience includes playing in the Kennedy Center, soloing accompanied by the Marine Corps Band, national anthems at Astros & Rockets games, as well as singing with the Houston Symphony Chorus and its smaller touring group. In addition to his private studio and school groups, Tim is the music director at Fletcher SDA church and Nativity Lutheran Church in Arden.
