Mount Pisgah Academy respects the privacy of our students, alumni, and faculty. With this in mind, the Academy has adopted the following privacy policy:

1. Student names, addresses, phone numbers, and email address are not distributed to anyone not associated with the Academy in an official capacity.
2. Alumni names, address, and phone numbers are not distributed to anyone, not associated with the Academy in an official capacity. This includes all alumni who do not serve as Class Agent representatives.
3. Only alumni who specifically request to have their email addresses listed online will appear on our website. To have your email address removed from our website contact the Alumni Department.
4. Alumni who would like to correspond with other alumni not listed in our online email database can request the Alumni Department to contact a specific alumnus for permission to distribute their contact information. Information may also be obtained at the discretion of a Class Agent representative
5. The Alumni Department routinely employees third-party sources to help locate missing alumni addresses.
6. The Alumni Department respects the rights of alumni who wish to not receive fundraising appeals.
