Pay $100 towards Registration Fee by June 30 and we will match an additional $100

$25 Application Fee (credit card payment required for online application)

Three (3) Student Recommendations

Call Work Coordinator (Mr. Kevin Worth, 828-418-2405) if desiring summer work
Do by August 1
Upon arrival on Campus (may be mailed before registration)

Immunization Records
-
Medical Examination Form (download)

Copy of Birth Certificate
-
Original Social Security card to show (copy will be made and kept)

Copy of Health Insurance and Pharmacy cards
After receiving acceptance notification, fill out online registration forms that apply under Forms tab
